17 eNTERFACE’07 Feedbacks The assessment of the project leaders and the feedback received from participants indicated that –The workshop was well planned and well focused on its themes –The infrastructure and the facilities were very adequate –The experience was enjoyable and useful for almost everybody –Almost all participants expressed the desire to participate to future workshops.

18 eNTERFACE’07 Improvement areas Preparation for projects –There are a number of participants, especially those at the B.Sc and M.Sc level that need to be trained one week ahead of the workshop to be better integrated into projects. Number of projects –12 seem to be the limit number of projects; perhaps fewer but more comprehensive projects will be better. Selection of team members –The leaders must be more proactive in the selection of their team members and should not leave everything to the organizers.
