Starting Point: Advanced Training at TUB Internal program for advanced training since 2003 Online calendar of trainings and workshops Trainings are open to all staff members Library covers expenses; participation always during working hours Organizational and Technical Infrastructure, Training room Approx. 20 Courses p.a., 10 up to 60 participants Courses in four areas: Specialist Knowledge for Librarians / Background Knowledge for Librarians / Social Skills / General Education Internal (from TUB) and External Lecturers Teaching Methods: Lectures / Face-to-Face-Teaching / Excursions / Workshops Supplemented by In-House Internships for Staff Members 3Dr. Caroline Leiß, IATUL Seminar 2010
