Singular Pronouns Here are the French singular pronouns. For pronunciations click here.
Notice! The words tu and vous can both be used when saying you. Tu is used between friends, informally. Vous is used formally.
Plural Pronouns These are the French plural pronouns. For pronunciations click here.
Notice! As seen with the singular pronouns, vous can also be used when talking to a group of people. You are Mr. Hull’s students. Vous êtes les élèves de M. Hull.
Also! When talking about a group of boys you use the word ils. When referring to a group of girls, use the word elles. *When you have a group of boys and girls, use ils.
