Review of corporate governance Monthly newsletters Monthly excursions Council elections (serendipity?)

Success factors Support/patronage Welcoming culture promoted Being embraced by the local community Someone responsible Regular attendance (Shed days, GM’s and other ) Strong, active, motivated committee with deputies Members willing to pitch in Clear objectives Good communications/publicity Satisfactory facility Stimulating programme
