What is Civilian Employee Assistance? Confidential employer-based service designed to assist civilian employees with personal, family and job-related problems as a means of protecting and improving their job productivity.
What is Civilian Employee Assistance? Managed total civilian workforce service that provides confidential referrals (following a telephonic assessment) to medical, alcohol/drug, psychiatric, financial, legal, or other professional resources, when appropriate.

Confidentiality No contact with supervisors regarding employees who self-refer to CEAP without employee permission Job-related information can only be given to supervisors, and only by the written consent of employees CEAP utilization reports are strictly limited to providing only statistical information
How to Access the Program Call 1-800-950-3434 and identify yourself as a part of the“NAVSUP “ Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk contract. Counselors are available for crisis counseling and management consultation. Access CEAP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When to Access the Program Assistance with difficult work, family, or life situation. Require services from a Certified Employee Assistance Professional Family member is experiencing difficulties.
