2 What is Civilian Employee Assistance? Confidential employer-based service designed to assist civilian employees with personal, family and job-related problems as a means of protecting and improving their job productivity.

3 What is Civilian Employee Assistance?  Managed total civilian workforce service that provides confidential referrals (following a telephonic assessment) to medical, alcohol/drug, psychiatric, financial, legal, or other professional resources, when appropriate.

5 Client Services  24-Hour Access to Services  Thorough Clinical Assessments  Professional Counseling Services  Carefully Planned Referrals  Follow-Up Care Management

6 Confidentiality No contact with supervisors regarding employees who self-refer to CEAP without employee permission Job-related information can only be given to supervisors, and only by the written consent of employees CEAP utilization reports are strictly limited to providing only statistical information

7 How to Access the Program Call and identify yourself as a part of the“NAVSUP “ Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk contract. Counselors are available for crisis counseling and management consultation. Access CEAP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

8 When to Access the Program Assistance with difficult work, family, or life situation. Require services from a Certified Employee Assistance Professional Family member is experiencing difficulties.
