4  8 bits per octet there are 4 octets  Eg These are the octets. 192– Has 8 bytes to one 1 bit so 8*8=64 64 bytes to 1 octet.

6  Base 16  It is easier to go from Hex to binary then to decimal  You have 1-9 and A-F
