How to improve the organization of the program? Include pre-test/ post-test which is always a part of a training programme for evaluation; Provide the complete hand-outs at the beginning of the programme; If possible, provide a better route going to the Etterbeek campus. Tram is possible (line 23, 24 or 25) going to/from Petillion. (walking is tiring!) Or avoid having class in Etterbeek Forgot to advice us about the one-month public transport ticket (STIB/MIVB).
Strong points of the organization of the program Project Assistant (Alex Coppens) always sends e-mail to remind the group of various activities and schedule; Continuously update the online program; More time for assignments (lecture free day)
Academic contents: best Exploring web of science, journal citation reports, library statistics, informetrics Learning how to use Greenstone and ISIS (ABCD) Participation in an international conference (30 th IATUL in Leuven) -our own libraries become a member of IATUL for one year
Academic contents: worst Not really worst, they just need some more time and clarification: Network graphs/ theory XML Harvesting services
