3 Strong points of the organization of the program Good communication between participants and lecturers.The library visits which enabled me to share experiences with different experts.Creating active environment for the participants by providing different facilities such as laptop, calculator and other materials.
4 Weak points of the organization of the program Allocation of time for the training.This can be solved by allocating more than three months.The gap between library visits.It should be completed within short days to make easy to remember and analyze their differences.
5 Best component of the academic content of the program Using different software's such as Greenstone, CDS/ISIS and ABCD. It will enable me to introduce the concept of converting our library system from manual system to electronic.Webpage development.
6 Weak points of the academic content of the program Academic content of the program was very interesting.No weak points related with the academic content.
7 Recommendation for the management in my home institution They should give due emphasis for the management of scientific and technological information by automating the library system by using free software packages,e.g. CDS/ISIS family.Sufficient human power should be trained in the area of scientific information management.
