There are four (4) Pending Request To approve a request: -click on check box -click on check-all -click on Approved Selected Control No: 14, 13, 12, 11

After approval Pending Request is now down to 3 Notice Control No. 14 is removed from the list. Control No: 13, 12, 11

C LOSING THE J OB R EQUEST

Completed Request -User will receive email regarding the completion of the Job Request The user has one (1) completed job request. NOTE: The user must acknowledge the completed job request otherwise he/she wont be able to create a new request.

Completed Request The details of the Job Request are listed on the confirmation form including the; – immediate head comment – and the I.T. supports remarks. User must select from the drop- down menu his/her I.T. Rating Closing the Job Request means that the requirement has been served
