4 RTC GENERAL PRINCIPLE The Rotocontrol continuously controls the quality of your green sand for compactibility green compressive strength The Rotocontrol takes a sample in your mixer during the cycle. The Rotocontrol system automatically drives water bentonite and cool dust

7 MAXCOOL Mixing Principle
The Maxcool is a Mixer Cooler working in ambient temperature and pressure. The speeds of the Maxcool are controlled by electronic variable speed control. Less electricity needed. Better mixing efficiency leading to decrease in binders consumptions

8 MXC COOLING PRINCIPLE The cooling system work with a Fan and Suction.
For cooling at the beginning of the cycle you put some water for the evaporation in function of the sand temperature. The cooling regulation is controlled by probes of temperature with the rotocontrol.
