What are they? 1 mark.

5 City growth It depends how city growth is measured as to the scale of the problem. Some people measure the actual number but the “rate of growth” gives a more accurate assessment of the scale of the problem. It also depends on the period of time over which the figures are measured. As a result a “Google search” of worlds fastest growing cities unearths a wide range of lists, some of which have completely different cities listed. Remember also the difficulty of conducting a census in any country, especially the very poor or those with a wide discrepancy of wealth.
