Requesting Access to Safeguarding Online Step 1: To access the Online Safeguarding service you will need: Your individual FAN (NPD) Your Club ID number (National ID Number) You Club Affiliation Number Step 2: Click on the Members section of your counties website. Affiliated members of London FA and West Riding County FA can access the service via one of the other 48 County websites

8. Enter your FAN (NPD), Club ID and Affiliation Number into the spaces provided and click Submit. It will take a few seconds to validate the details entered. Once validated enter your email address in the space provided and click Confirm. Requesting Access Cont:

11. Step 1: Click on the ‘Members’ section of your County FA website Step 2: Enter your FAN and Password into the spaces provided and click Submit.

18. Adding a Missing Coach/Manager CWOs can use their member services access to search for and add missing coaches/managers only. Use the menu bar on the left of the screen to click through to this screen
