2 CFM will be the official media partner to the ‘Race for Life’ in Carlisle on Sunday, 10 th July 2016 and this is a fantastic opportunity for Chivers to be involved! In addition to previous years, Cancer Research UK will be bringing a brand new event to Bitts Park on Saturday 9 th July – Pretty Muddy. The capacity of the Pretty Muddy event is 3,000 participants and entries for this race already currently sit at 10% of this without pre-promotion. Through out both events, Chivers will have exposure to almost 6,000 ladies. CFM will be at both events with CFM presenter Robbie Dee, who will be on stage warming up the participants, talking to those who have been affected by Cancer and starting off the big race! CFM’s street team will also be at the event distributing dual branded ‘I Raced For Life’ merchandise as well as taking photos of all of the ladies running. The street team will also be on hand to distribute any of Chivers promotional flyers/merchandise. There in an opportunity for Chivers to have banners displayed on the day, including space for a gazebo and activity alongside to help promote the clinic. RACE FOR LIFE

4 RACE FOR LIFE & PRETTY MUDDY By sponsoring Race for Life and Pretty Muddy 2016 – Chivers will open numerous opportunities- A series of 30” promotional recruitment trails will be featured on CFM encouraging listeners to sign up for the ‘Race for Life.’ Trails will include Chivers name and approved positioning statement aligning the brand with this brilliant cause. The on air recruitment campaign will run for seven weeks launching in May running up to the event to ensure that your message is heard across the ‘Race for Life’ campaign. In addition to the airtime, Chivers will gain extensive coverage online including a web page will be hosted at cfmradio.co.uk which will contain all the details participants need for this year’s events - this page will Chivers’s branding and hyperlink. ‘Race for life’ will be included in the May and June CFM monthly newsletters sent to over 21,000 listeners and promoted via Facebook and Twitter – Chivers will be credited in each post/tweet. CFM will design and produce branded promotional merchandise to hand out on the day – including the Chivers logo.

7 ONLINE A CFM feature page is a great way to visually highlight your business as part of this promotion. CFM will create a bespoke feature page which shows off your business and will reside within the WIN section of our website. The page will detail all information about the competition and drives people to your business, website and social media pages. Homepage takeover The homepage takeover is a high impact way of highlighting the campaign for one week. Taking over the whole front page of the CFM website, they aren’t going to miss it! Chivers will be part of the branded Race for Life home page background. Including the leaderboard and 2 MPU’s.

8 CFM will send a solus email to the VIP database promoting the Race for Life and Pretty Muddy events. Sending a solus email typically trebles entries and will direct people to the online feature page at cfmradio.co.uk to find out more information.
