6 Part 1 Demonstrating NetRoster to your prospective clients

7 How? Our Sales Executives will partner with you and perform demonstrations for your prospective customers  1 st NetRoster customer demo is £free  Subsequent demos are £250 per demo  £750 on you winning the business

8 Part 2 Giving New Clients Access to NetRoster

9 How? Access can be granted to every NetRoster screen in a variety of ways…  You create a new User record for the client  Each screen can then be accessed with either view, add or edit permissions  Access to data can be restricted at employer, region and/or client level You have ultimate control over what the client can see!

10 Setting up Client Access 1. Logon to your site with an account that has full access to the Settings menu 2. Click on the Settings button 3. Click on the Users link

11 Setting up Client Access Enter a name for the new customer and then click on the New button

12 Setting up Client Access 1. Complete all of the fields and then select Clients from the User Group dropdown 2. Click on the Save button

13 Setting up Client Access 1. Change the Password Expires date to a date in the future, e.g. 01/01/2025 2. Click on the Save button 3. Click on the Screens Allowed link

14 Setting up Client Access You decide what level of access you want to grant to the client… You may decide to just grant access to some of the Operational or Management reports. You may want to consider allowing clients to view their own client and site records ~ or even allow them to edit their own client and site records. Once you’ve completed the set-up, click on the Save button

15 Setting up Client Access 1. Select the User link 2. Select the Records Allowed link 3. Select the Employers, Regions and Clients checkboxes and then click on the Save button

16 Setting up Client Access 1. Click on the Employers Edit button 2. Select the Employers that you want the client to be able to view 3. Click on the Save button Repeat these steps for both Regions and Clients Important We’d recommend that you then logon to NetRoster with the client’s username and perform a few tests to ensure that access permissions have been applied to your satisfaction
