11 11 Using Preidentified Documents FSA Labels may be used as long as the SID is correct. FCAT labels may be used as long as the following information is correct: Student Name, Identification Number ( External Number from TERMS) District/School Number & Grade level Make sure that the labeled document goes to the corresponding student

12 12 Test Invalidation Consult with your School Assessment Coordinator regarding the following Test Invalidation Scenarios 1.Cheating or possession of an electronic device 2.Defective used answer document, 3.Incorrect preidentified information on a used document, or

13 13 Possible Test Invalidation Illness during testing, disruptive behavior OR Incorrect time 4. 14 14 Defective Test and Answer Book Before testing:  Give the student a replacement test book During testing:  Give the student another test book to continue working  Under guidance from your school assessment coordinator, transcribe portions of 1 st test book into 2 nd test book.

20 20 Test Group Code: Test Group Codes are required for all FSA paper based tests. Test Group Codes are required for all FCAT aligned tests: Grades 5 & 8 Science, Reading Retake, Math Retakes and Algebra 1 Retakes. A Seal Code is a 4-digit code used to open the 2 nd session of the Reading Retake. Do not give it out until Day 2 SEAL Codes: Session ID: Session IDs need to be recorded for all FSA CBT assessments.

33 3333 Next button has been removed from the review screen. Students will click the End Session button to log out after finishing Session 1. Students taking two sessions on Day 2 will request approval to enter the next session after clicking the End Session button. For a 2 session test, Test Administrators will not have the option to have students move to the next session until Day 2 of testing. Ending a Test Session

If issues continue contact your School Assessment Coordinator -  For student testing with FSA, use the Common Computer Based Issues document. If issues continue contact your School Assessment Coordinator  If a student is kicked out or logs out of a test at any time, the student may resume testing at any work station that has the appropriate testing software installed on it. Answers should be accessible on the new machine. If answers have been lost please contact the appropriate testing vendor to get a ticket number. Technical Assistance
