5. GROUPS: To make it faster and more efficient to get in and out of places, our big group is divided into smaller groups. Listed below are the “HUDDLE UP” groups. We will not stay in these groups all the time, this is just a means of QUICKLY making sure we have everybody by saying, “Okay, huddle up with your group leader!” Everyone then gets to their leader quickly so that the leader can count heads and give the thumbs up that all members are present and accounted for!

6. Students may only bring: one CARRY-ON bag and the EF BACKPACK that you will receive at our next meeting. Below are the carry-on dimensions for our airlines, United and Delta.

Clothing: Trip t-shirts Shorts, maybe a pair of jeans 8 changes of socks, underwear Pajamas Sweatshirt Comfortable walking shoes Necessities: (you are responsible for your belongings at all times) Phone (use your phone for morning alarm) Chargers Toothpaste/toothbrush (travel size) Shampoo/Conditioner (travel size) Deodorant Rain Poncho or Umbrella (Travel size) Medication Retainer Extra contacts/glasses… maybe a copy of your prescription Contacts solution Spending Money (Family decision…$10-$50 per day…some cash…1 card?) THINGS TO BRING: (I will bring a First Aid Kit with Band-Aids, Neosporin, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Imodium, etc.) RAIN!!! Be prepared!

9. NEXT MEETING? The next and final meeting will be the end of May. Attendance by families (one parent and the traveling child) is mandatory EITHER… Thursday, May 26 th or… Tuesday, May 31 st. Thanks! At the final meeting we will be going over all the final travel details and expectations, as well as distributing the EF Backpacks, lanyards, and trip t-shirts.
