5 Bank and International Phone Plans  If you child is going to be travelling with a ATM or Debit card (which is recommended) please inform your bank that he/she will be traveling to Germany and Austria.  Talk with your cell phone provider about international calling and text plans.

6 Voltage, Frequency and Plug/Outlet Type in Germany  Electricity in Germany is 230 Volts, alternating at 50 cycles per second. If you travel to Germany with a device that does not accept 230 Volts at 50 Hertz, you will need a voltage converter or Transformer.

7 GVHS Forms  Rules for Overnight Trip: Read and sign (both parent and student)  Loco Parentis: Please sign (Mr. Jones will act as witness)  Student and Parent Field Trip Agreement: parent and student sign and print name.  GVHS Medical Form: Please completely fill out and sign  Parent Permission for Student to Carry and Administer his/her own Medication: Please fill out and sign  Photo copy of passport and insurance cards
