4 RATIONALE Effective communication, productivity and interpersonal relationships are paramount to a an organization’s success, both inside and outside their department. “We must all hang together, or most assuredly, we shall all hang separately.” Ben Franklin Do you agree with this. Can you give me an example of where this works. Peoplemap™ training is an interactive experience in learning about our own and each other's personality types and how this affects all of our interpersonal relationships. Peoplemap™ training is proven to enhance customer relationships, increase team performance, enhance leadership and improve overall communications and productivity. Today I know I am preaching to the choir because we are both in the business of people – peoplemanagement, people development, people resources. I don’t even know this is ever a Peoplemap is a highly effective and yet simple system that people experience that provices a method for understanding and relating to each other and develping and helps us to bcome more aware of the strengths that we can contribute to a team but also aour weakness these that can undermine our success in working well with others. Understand your own and each other’s style of leading, communicating and getting work done. learn how to be more interpersonally effective. gain insight into your blind spots and triggers and learn ways to manage them. Proof famous team quote. Why is this so hard – aren’t we all in HR – don’t we al operate under the same guidelines, values, personality types? By helping yourself undstand your personality type you can mazimize your own potential in relating to others and getting you work done. By understnading yourself better you can develop even better skills necessary to contribute to a functioning team. We are going to do this in a dynamic fun interactive way in which you will actually be training each other. So much of how we interact with other people is based on our personality style. Likewise so many of our conflicts or communication breakdowns happenof differences in personality styles. Over the course of the workshop you will get a chance to assess your own personality type using the peoplemap. This will allow you to determine how to enhance your strength and learn how to overcome yourAchilles heels especially when dealing with co-workers, clients, bosses friends romantic parnters You will learn how to better commuicate to the four different personality types whether its knowing what to say to gain cooperation or just get needed work done. Programs are guaranteed to help organizations experience better communication, higher morale, increased productivity and more collaborative working relationships. Training sessions are engaging, experiential, high impact and fun!
