Proactively search for improved ways to run business processes and/or applications; Manage your own time effectively and eventually coordinate others and/or contractors; Build collaborative relationships with the multifunctional team you need to interact with; Proactively communicate the status of the project, activities and help to remove roadblocks; Build your own capability through the job experience, coaching/training for skills and business/technologies/applications knowledge building. Your job responsibilities will be defined through the scope of your internship project (P: comment on the working plan & on-boarding plan). P: talk about your first days. You will be required to: Proactively search for improved ways to run business processes and/or applications P: This is part of my project’s scope: providing to our customer an additional tool for getting info and services to improve their business Manage your own time effectively and eventually coordinate others and/or contractors P: Setting and leading meeting with internal and external partners Build collaborative relationships with the multifunctional team you need to interact with P: Internal function (CMK, Finance, Marketing, etc.) and Travel to UK and Benelux for meeting with local business unit and Agencies Proactively communicate the status of the project, activities and help to remove roadblocks P: Regular status update to different audience (to your core team, management and other stakeholders) Build your own capability through the job experience, coaching/training for skills and business/technologies/applications knowledge building. P: on-going learning through feedback (immediate manager, consultants, colleagues, team, etc.), Training (lunch & learn), networking, new hire network, M: During the internship (lasting 2 to 9 months) you will be assigned a tutor to coach you during the entire duration of the project, a training plan to enable you to succeed and you'll have daily access to experienced colleagues for mentoring and coaching. To sum up: leading projects managing the schedule and interaction full accountability for project success and contribution.

Multiple choice questions: Education Projects you lead Extra-curriculum activities If positive, HR screening of your CV There is a wealth of information about current vacancies and job opportunities, the company and what P&G is looking for in candidates. Online questionnaire Take enough time and be undisturbed (takes about 30min) Multiple choice questions on your personal & work experience, behavioral based (how you react, act in certain situations) Sell your self  For us this is a pre-screening selection

35 3. Step Problem Solving Test
65 minutes for 50 questions Multiple choice questions Content: text comprehension, math problem solving, graph analysis  Example test available online Take it serious, it is not especially difficult, but you don’t have a lot of time. It is more about how you handle your time and work under pressure. exact results not shared just passed/failed

Step: Interviews 3 interviews with P&G employees from the function you applied to Each interview takes one hour Objective of Interview: to find out about past experiences Give complete & detailed answers Selection criterias: Success Drivers (Competencies we look for in our employees. Interviews feedback within 2 days Objective of Interview: to find out about past experiences and behavior because “The best predictor of how well a person will do on the job is what he or she has demonstrated in the past” Success Drivers (Competencies we look for in our employees) If all positive you get an offer within 2 days If any of the steps turns out to be negative, you need to wait for one year before you can apply again.
