In pairs… (15 minutes) What is she telling us about ‘first love’? What memories does she have? How do both Shakespeare and Duffy use poetic form, structure and language to express their thoughts and ideas? Make some notes, feedback and answer this as an essay question for H.W. Due next lesson.
