6 Outcomes Before NLS, the attrition in the VTCs was 60% NLS, the attrition rate in 2009,2010,2011 - 14%,11% and 10% respectively 86%,89%, 90% completed ITE Skills Certificate = sec education 30-35% pursuing NITEC either full time or traineeship = post sec education 65% have a higher qualification than at least one of their parents Improvement in EQ at least by 2 standard score.
