Asia’s largest furniture exhibition, Furniture China, is held annually in September in Shanghai, China. After 15 years of development, this has become a truly international event and Asia’s global furniture fair. Furniture China 2008 attracted 1,931 exhibitors from 22 countries and regions, including 155 overseas exhibitors. The total number of domestic and international visitors reached 58,582, of which 13,600 visitors were from 150 countries and regions around the world, despite stricter visa regulations and more expensive airline tickets. Office Furniture China 2009 will be held from 9-12 September, 2009 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. To meet the increasing demand in China’s domestic furniture market in future years, the organisers of Office Furniture China 2009 will also hold the 15th China National Office Furniture Expo and The Autumn Domestic Sourcing Fair jointly with Redstar Macalline at the Shanghai Redstar Macalline Global Furnishing Trade Centre. The organisers expect to welcome 2,300 participating companies in an exhibition area covering 400,000 sqm. The organizers will coordinate and forward the information of the application to the Chinese authorities for issuing the Invitation Letter which will be ready within 7 days and presented to your company by fax or express mail. Please return the typewritten form to us together with the copy of your passport before the deadline. Attention: Passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China. The cost: EUR 30.00 per person to issue of Invitation Letter and EUR 40.00 for express mail.
