2 Due By Monday of Next Week - Your own version of the flow chart on page 127 - Figure 12.1 What to do if arrested summary Terms: arrest, probable cause, corroborate, exclusionary rule, search warrant, affidavit Searches without a Warrant Activity Problem Sets: 12.1-12.3, 12.5-12.11

3 Figure 12.1 For this assignment, make a copy of the chart on page 127. It doesn’t need to be exactly like the one in the book but it should have all of the “parts.”

4 What to do if you’re arrested Using the information on page 131, Make a short summary card (that a person could carry with them) that describes the 4 different stages of arrest and how to handle it and not make matters worse.

5 Terms Define each of the following terms in YOUR words when possible AND write a sentence using the term correctly arrest, probable cause, corroborate, exclusionary rule, search warrant, affidavit

6 Problem Sets Complete the following problem sets: 12.1-12.3, 12.5-12.11

7 It looks like a lot of work.. We can work on it in class and help each other get through it. Everything is due on Monday, February 23.
