9. MATH PLACEMENT
Math Placement is based on the following criteria (Students must meet both criteria):
Grades and Math Placement test given in March:
Algebra: All A’s and greater than 95% on the Pre-Algebra Readiness Placement test and greater than 80% on the Algebra Readiness Placement test.
Math 7H: 3 A’s 2 B’s and greater than 90% on the Placement test
Math 7 +Support: A’s and B’s and above 80% or higher on the Placement test
Math 7: C’s and below and 79% and below on the Placement test
Math 7 Basic: Based on student need

Unexcused absences—students may turn in work for partial credit at the teacher’s discretion.
Students will be allowed to make up all work and assessments for an excused absence.
