4 Purpose of the Solicitation Select a vendor(s) to satisfy a state-wide need for intake agent services Vendor should display comprehensive and innovative techniques that would streamline CCDF intake services Bidders are encouraged to submit innovative proposals for addressing the program’s goals beyond the minimum requirements set forth in this solicitation and its attachments

5 Scope of the Solicitation Baseline for cost evaluation is $20 per active family case file per month Historical data for active case counts by region and county (Oct-Dec 2010) can be found in Attachment I, Bidder’s Library The State does not guarantee future spending at these levels Contract Term: –two (2) years from the date of contract execution –possibility of one (1) two-year renewal –Total of four (4) years

6 Scope of the Solicitation Award will be by region (10 regions): Contractor must serve all counties within each region (SOW Section 4.2) –Attachment F, Region-specific form submission required for each region –County-specific information located in Attachment I, Bidder’s Library Attachment D includes: –Overview and Organizational Background –Purpose – including contractor duties effective October 1, 2011 –General Contract Requirements –Detailed Contract Requirements

8 Proposal Preparation Transmittal Letter Use the templates provided for all answers –Attachment E (General Proposal Form) –Attachment F (Region-specific Form) –Attachment G (Cost Proposal) Do not alter templates Confidential information must be submitted separately in both hard and soft copy

9 Proposal Forms (Attachments E&F) General Proposal Form –Replies to general information from the Business & Technical Proposal sections –One per respondent Region-Specific Form –Replies to region and county-specific information from the Technical Proposal –Form contains two sections; replies required for each applicable region and county *If attachments are necessary, please reference where they may be found

10 Cost Proposal (Attachment G) Must be returned in Excel (or compatible) format Do not alter the template Please fill out all fields –Respondent Name –Enter “NO BID” for regions you do not wish to bid –Enter the rate per active case file per month for regions you wish to bid
