Portal applications requiring workflow integration. SOLUTION OnX created a capable, scalable and user-friendly environment that allowed groups to collaborate, store and share documents. OnX developed a customized automated process to migrate documents from the old intranet to the new portal. Seamless transition between portals was made possible by leveraging Active Directory and SharePoint Portal Services. Workflow was implemented using K2.NET RESULTS An intranet portal that was the worldwide source for all communications within Psion Teklogix. 33% increase in traffic and a quick access to over 150k documents (and rising). 10 Customer Success Story Starshot Marketing MOSS 2007 – Microsoft Client Extranet Starshot has built a custom extension to MOSS 2007 that allows our internal team of account managers to work in a secure SharePoint environment with the Microsoft team. This creates a centralized space where all program activities are managed, updated and available to all key stakeholders. InfoPath Forms Server Starshot utilizes InfoPath forms services deployed on both the internal portal & external client extranet to manage submissions, budgeting, reporting and other process driven business workflows. Integrated Search Functionality Within one consolidated view, Starshot is able to query data contained in SQL Server directly and display this data in KPI dashboards. This gives users a single center for accessing key business intelligence without searching around. A key element of this search functionality includes the ability to search Microsoft CRM for event data, metrics & status reports.
