7 The BEST way to see my counselor: Please email your counselor to make an appointment. Your counselor will email you your appointment time. If you have a test during the appointment time, please email your counselor back for a new time. Student should show the email to their teacher as their pass. OR You may come to Student Services and fill out a form to request an appointment with your counselor.

8  Final grades are the only grades reported on the transcript.  Final grades are the total of your four quarter grades, mid-term grade and final exam grade.

9 The grading scale has changed for school 2015-2016. All grades will be reported numerically on the report card and transcript. To calculate your grade point average (GPA), take the total number of quality points earned and divide it by the total number of potential credits. 14 All incoming freshmen are eligible for athletics during the fall semester of their freshman year. BUT After the first semester of freshman year, students are only eligible if they: 1) Passed 5 of 7 classes during the semester previous to the sport they wish to play, 2) Had a minimum 1.5 GPA (or 2.0 in the previous semester), and 3) Attended school at least 85% of the days in the past semester.
