2. RUNNING IFORM To start the iForm client, locate the CRS iForm icon, and click on it

3. RUNNING IFORM The iForm client will start to load On the Tap to or share screen, tap the screen to continue The client will then appear revealing all the assigned forms to the client. If you are starting the first time, there will be no forms Click the Cog icon in the top left to get to the username and password

4. Enter the username & password Click sync / Login once you’re done Watch your memory usage! Go back by clicking the back button

5. Select the form you want to start collecting information for by clicking on it. That will reveal the questions in the form

6. The form has more questions that you can see on the screen. To reveal them, drag the screen to the top (scroll motion)

7. Click on an element to enter a value Depending on the widget type, the look of the element will be different

8. SAVING INFORMATION There are 2 options for saving information – Save and Done The Save button saves the form even if it’s not completed. A saved form will not be uploaded when syncing! The Done button is used when the form is completed with all information. A form saved with Done will upload information when synced

9. ICONS OF RECORDS Completed and uploaded record Completed and ready for upload Uncompleted – saved record Assigned record

10. DELETING RECORDS When you need to delete a record, swipe your finger on the record you want to delete from left to right CAREFUL! THERE IS NO UNDELETE IF YOU DELETE THE WRONG RECORD!
