Elements of poetry are a tool that an author uses to help the reader see and experience what is happening in the poem in a creative way.
Structure has to do with how a poem is written and what format it takes. Below is a list of types of poetry or ways to structure a poem

Style is a manner of presenting material, including usage, punctuation, point of view, organization, and tone. By manipulating these stylistic factors, different meanings are achieved.
Point of View – First Person, Second Person, Third Person
Formal vs. Informal
Tone (Voice) is the writer's attitude toward his or her subject or characters. It is conveyed through the author's words and details.
Mood is the feeling a reader gets while reading a literary work or passage.
