2 What is the OEI? The Online Education Initiative (OEI) is a collaborative effort among California Community Colleges (CCCs) to increase student success and completion by working together to increase access to quality online courses and support services for students. It is funded through a $56.9 Million grant, over 5 years.

3 RESOURCES Tutoring, Student Online Readiness Support, Instructional Design, PD, Basic Skills Support, Help Desk, Design and Practice Standards and Training CANVAS EXCHANGE

4 Different Ways to Participate in the OEI 1. Use the various resources and services available for all colleges Online Tutoring Student Readiness Modules Professional development opportunities Basic skills support 2. Use the resources AND Canvas as a free, universal LMS 3.Use the resources AND Canvas AND participate in the Exchange 4.Do none of these and decline it all
