12. Body Planes & Sections  Transverse Section: A cut made along a transverse (horizontal) plane, dividing the body into superior & inferior parts (Top & Bottom). AKA cross section.

13. Body Cavities  Ventral Body Cavities  Thoracic Body Cavity: The superior (upper) body cavity that extends down to the diaphragm.  Abdominopelvic Body Cavity:  Abdominal Cavity  Pelvic Cavity
