5. Application Process Read through the description and Application form found on the Missouri Thespians Website Make a list of what you will need to complete the application process. Find individuals to write the Letters of Recommendation for your candidate Type into the Application form all the necessary information

6. Application Process – take 2 Print the Application form Place Application form and signed Letters of Recommendation in an envelope Place title of the Award/Grant on the envelope Place in your Conference Paperwork to Jennifer Forrest- James Mail any Teacher of the Year forms and letters of recommendation directly to Chad Little

7. Deadlines/Mailing The forms were uploaded before we changed the due date. December 1 st is the correct deadline December 1 st is the correct deadline The earlier you can send the application the better off your candidate will be! It makes you look good! They can be mailed with your registration materials. Please place the completed application in a separate envelope within your registration materials and include the title of the award or grant printed on the front.

8. Letters of Recommendation Students, Parents, Peers, Administrators Each Application has a Letter of Recommendation requirement. A single letter should not be longer than 1 page in length. It should have the Name of the person being considered, why they deserve the recognition, and the name and contact information of the person writing the recommendation. The Author may be contacted for verification.
