4 Urbanization One of the effects of industrialization. The movement of people from the country to cities. Economic opportunity in cities caused urbanization.

5 Problems of Urbanization Lack of adequate and safe housing. Transportation Water Sanitation Fire Crime

6 Immigration Industrialization brought people from all over the world to the U.S. for economic opportunities. Immigrants came from Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Push and Pull factors of immigration.
