2 Emerging Markets EMEA Commercial Logging on to Partner Direct Portal To access Deal Registration, you will need to log on to the Partner Direct Portal and click on the “Deal Registration” link found under Purchase Cycle on the Partner Direct landing page.

3 Emerging Markets EMEA Commercial Deal Registration Welcome Page The Deal Registration Welcome page will have three links available under the Quick Links section: 1)Register a new deal – to submit a new registration 2)View My Deals – to access any open deals you have submitted in the past and see the status of your deals 3)Closing This Month – a list of deals that require your immediate attention

4 Emerging Markets EMEA Commercial 4 On the following page, be sure that “Deal Registration” is selected for the new record type and click on “Continue.”

5 Emerging Markets EMEA Commercial Submission Form When entering a new opportunity, all fields marked in red are mandatory. These should all be filled out in order to proceed to the next step: adding products.

6 Emerging Markets EMEA Commercial Adding Products To search for your products, simply enter a keyword to look for, then click the search button. The products in the catalogue will be displayed below and can be selected by ticking the box next to the products you want to add. After your selection has been made, click on “Select” to move to the next step.

7 Emerging Markets EMEA Commercial For each of the products selected, the Partner will be able to enter the unit price he would like to have and the quantity he needs. By clicking “Save & More,” the Partner can save this entry and go back to the product search page to enter another product. If no further products are needed, he can click “Save” to view a full list of his selection. Suggested Partner Price Per Unit

9 Emerging Markets EMEA Commercial Deal Overview (Bottom of Page) On the overview page, the partner can: 1.Add products 2.Edit his registration 3.Submit for approval 1 2 3

10 Emerging Markets EMEA Commercial Once the deal has been submitted, it will be locked unless it’s recalled for editing. A deal can only be recalled if the status is “Pending.” If the status is either “Approved” or “Rejected,” it cannot be recalled/modified.

11 Emerging Markets EMEA Commercial Submitted for Approval Upon clicking on “Submit for Approval,” the partner will be taken to the Deal Registration welcome page where he will be able to see a history of submitted deals. By clicking on the deal name (hyperlink), he should be able to view the details of the submitted deal.
