ISO/IEC 17020:2012 Conformity assessment Requirements for the operation of various types of bodies performing inspection ISO/IEC 17020:2012 specifies requirements for the competence of bodies performing inspection and for the impartiality and consistency of their inspection activities.

The Inspection - Good Listening Stop talking! Help the speaker to feel free to talk Be approachable Show the speaker that you are interested Remove interference (disturbance) Try to understand the speaker’s point of view Be patient Hold your temper Try not to criticize Ask questions Stop, look and listen

Industrial Accidents Reportable under section 61 of Factories Ordinance Causes loss of life to a person employed Disables any employed person for more than three days Makes any employed person unconscious as a result of heat exhaustion, electric shock or inhalation of poisonous fumes or gases. Maintenance - section 20 Provided that this section shall only apply where the examination, lubrication or other operation is carried out by such persons, being male persons who have attained the age of eighteen, as may be specified in regulations made by the Minister, and all such other conditions as may be so specified are complied with. A woman or young person shall not clean any part of a prime mover or of any transmission machinery while the prime mover or transmission machinery is in motion, and shall not clean any part of any machine if the cleaning thereof would expose the woman or young person to risk of injury from any moving part either of that machine or of any adjacent machinery.
