3. Background THE literacy rate in Pakistan is35% people are not aware with OSHE issues For the new workers it is important to get awareness.

4. Target Group My main target is 200 secondary school teachers They can train new workers

5. Development Objective To improve the skills of the teachers and to give the knowledge among students about OSHE issues

6. Immediate Objectives Trained 200 secondary teachers on OSHE issues

7. Indicators Of Achievement To train the teachers by the experts of PNFTU

8. Activities Arrange workshops for the training Visits of the work places providing reading material

9. Inputs 8 workshops in a year once in a month 4 visits of the work places providing existing reading material

10. Evaluation Every third month report from the teachers suggesions from the teachers to improve OSHE issues.

11. Budget Estimation Almost 1500 to 2000 us dollars
