The Person  Introduce the individual that you will be discussing.  What were the beliefs of that person?  CONTEXT: A brief outline that gives the reader some information about why the person is seen as influential. (why, what, when, where).  THESIS statement that informs the reader/audience about the main points that you will be discussing.

Does he/she still inspire or influence others today (or in recent times)?  Would their style of leadership or behaviours be relevant today?
