2 Fine Arts Program rated Recognized A total of forty-five minutes per week is provided for fine arts(music). A total of four students participated in All-City Honors Choir, seven students participated in DI and fifteen students participated 5 th Actor’s Studio. A.S. 3 Wellness and Physical Education Programs rated Exemplary 100% participation in Red Ribbon Week Activities. Catch Binder SHI: Ranked Medium and High. 100% Participation in Fitness Gram. Participated in several city- wide get moving activities: Vive Tu Vida, etc. Campus participated in Health Fair and Breakfast in a Bag Initiative. A.S. Putegnat Elementary

4 Community and Parental Involvement rated Recognized Campus provided several parental activities/meetings in the content areas to prepare students for state assessments. There was an increase in Parental Participation in from Title I, TLI, 3yr old Program, etc, to inform parents of state expectations. Tutorials were provided from Monday to Friday and Saturday(s) depending on the grade level. Campus participated in several community projects, Toys for Tots, Pennies for Babies, United Way contributions, etc. A.S. 5 21 st Century Workforce Development rated Recognized Community Leaders were asked to present to students about their Careers. Campus participated on College Day during Fall and Spring Semesters. UTB/St. Joseph students participated as tutors for several grade levels. A.S Putegnat Elementary

6 Second Language Acquisition Program Recognized Campus celebrated National Hispanic/Latino Heritage Month. Campus participated in Charro Day’s Festivities. Instructors incorporated in weekly lesson plans on Martin Luther King, Cinco de Mayo, etc. ELL Portfolio/Intervention Plan Incorporated across grade levels. A.S. Putegnat Elementary

7 Digital Learning Environment rated Recognized Campus participated in STaR Chart Survey. AR participation across all grade levels. Security Officer presented to students on cyberbullying. Instructional Leader utilizes School Messenger to communicate with Parents. A.S. Putegnat Elementary

8 Dropout Prevention Strategies rated Exemplary TAPR retention percentages. PEIMS attendance rating ( 96.5%) 21 st Century participation at Porter High School from Kinder to 5 th grades. 504/RTI/TTM/I-Station Campus participation. A.S. Putegnat Elementary

9 Gifted and Talented Program rated Recognized Campus G/T nomination report and enrollment. Campus on-going G/T hours information. Campus G/T students participation in UIL, DI, Actor’s Studio, etc. A.S. Putegnat Elementary
