We will feel happy, confident, and have fun. In class we will be critical thinkers while we collaborate with classmates using appropriate actions.

Language Arts Reading: Making Meaning and Reader’s Workshop with Oakland Schools Units of Study Writer’s Workshop with Oakland Schools Units of Study Word Study- Spelling is now graded in every day work. We will do a combination of spelling and vocabulary development on two week cycles

Math Everyday Math Basic Math Facts must be at 95% or higher for all operations on weekly fact tests – Math Masters Games Study links homework every night (rare exceptions) Reviews for tests. The first review is due in class to check. The second review will be sent home with the answers to practice again. Math Workshop: Rotating groups to work on our own pace will begin once introductory lessons and NWEA testing has finished
