3 What does Web 2.0 mean? “Web-as-participation” (Wikipedia) - meaning users can work together, add information, share information, and run programs all from the Web.participation http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_2.0

4 Web 2.0 Tools? Web 2.0 basically means people can add “content” to the Web. “Content” could be facts, opinions, stories, news, etc. “Tools” are the Web sites available for users to make content.
