6 go.gwu.edu/career services Myth or Fact?  If you can’t find a job, that proves there are few jobs available.  Most people know how to search for jobs.  There are several “no cost” services available to job hunters to assist him/her find the “right” job.  Employers are in the driver’s seat throughout the entire job search process.  The person who is hired for the job is always one most qualified for the job.  Networking is easy. Most do it easily.

Like all networking, the goal is to build a relationship that supports your career goals.
