4 Something to Remember! Using your voice should not be painful. We are working towards ease, not strain. Hoarseness can be a sign you've been working your voice too hard, or in a way that could damage it.

5 Clarity Clearness of the voice.

6 Tone Change of voice to express emotion.

7 Pitch How high or low the voice is.

8 Pace Speed of speech.

9 Volume How loud or quiet the voice is.

10 Accent Way of speaking used in a local area or country.

11 You should try to remember all of these words and what they mean as they will be useful throughout your time in drama.
