7 Levels of Information Depending on the level of knowledge you have about the person, you can adapt information to fit the receiver (Predictions) – Cultural level You know a person is a white female age 15 – Sociological level You know what groups a person is in, some likes dislikes – Individual level You know personal fears, worries, thoughts
