Exercise: 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes (minimally) Maintains circulation, increased muscle tone, sleep better – D. Good posture: helps prevent fatigue – E. Personal Hygiene: Shower, deodorant, brush teeth, etc. Medical term for bad breath = halitosis
