-s book - books boy - boys door – doors cat – cats dog – dogsphoto- photos rose - roses eg. There are five books. I’ve got two dogs.
-es watch – watches ash – ashes box – boxes church – buses dish – dishes potato – potatoes brush - brushes eg. I can carry two boxes. There is some ashes.
-ies baby – babies lorry – lorries lady – ladies spy – spies copy – copies candy- candies eg. Babies don’t like coffee. Tom likes candies.
-ves wolf – wolves calf – calves shelf – shelves leaf – leavesknife – knives thief - thieves eg. We don’t like thieves. I don’t like wolves.
irregular nouns man – men woman – women child – children tooth – teethgoose – geese foot – feet mouse - mice
eg. Some women are in the street. Children like playing games. Geese are in the lake with their babies.
