2 What is 5s? Structurise 常組織 Systematise 常整頓 Sanitise 常清潔
Standardise 常規範 Self-discipline 常自律 五常法其實是一套源於日本的優質管理方法。其重心於鼓勵公司各階層之員工也能透過五常《常組識、常整頓、常清潔、常規範及常自律》把工作空間打理得井井有條,方便公司日常運作,減少資源浪費,以提升工作效率,建立公司品牌形象。五常法聽起來十分簡單~只著重培養員工「有手尾」的慣,但事實上要公司上下各階層員工也能自律,確實毫不容易。五常法的目標便是希望透過審核及設計方法,令公司在安全、衛生、品質、效率及形象五方面得到全面提升。 Structurice 常組織:判斷物品的重要性及使用量,例如組織來貨及分類,存放在貨架上,把無用的東西棄掉。 Systematise 常整頓:決定物品的擺放地方和存量,例如工具台上的工具,必須整齊排列,務求在三十秒內可找到想要的東西。 Sanitise 常清潔:由上層至下級,經常保持廠內清潔、明亮,強調個人衛生責任。 Standardise 常規範:增加各項貨品的『透明度』及貼上合適標記,利用創意及『視覺管理法』。 Self-Discipline常自律:用完的工具和物品,必須放回固定的『家』。

5 Sanitise 常清潔 Keep the workplace tidy and organized
Sweep, dust, polish and paint Divide areas into zones Define responsibilities for cleaning

6 Standardise 常規範 Work practices should be consistent and standardized
Generate a maintenance system for the first three Develop procedures, schedules, practices

7 Self-discipline 常自律 Develop and keep good habits
Involve the whole workforce Maintain focus on this new way and do not allow a gradual decline back to the old ways Continuous improvement
