五常法其實是一套源於日本的優質管理方法。其重心於鼓勵公司各階層之員工也能透過五常《常組識、常整頓、常清潔、常規範及常自律》把工作空間打理得井井有條，方便公司日常運作，減少資源浪費，以提升工作效率，建立公司品牌形象。五常法聽起來十分簡單～只著重培養員工「有手尾」的慣，但事實上要公司上下各階層員工也能自律，確實毫不容易。五常法的目標便是希望透過審核及設計方法，令公司在安全、衛生、品質、效率及形象五方面得到全面提升。
Structurice 常組織：判斷物品的重要性及使用量，例如組織來貨及分類，存放在貨架上，把無用的東西棄掉。 Systematise 常整頓：決定物品的擺放地方和存量，例如工具台上的工具，必須整齊排列，務求在三十秒內可找到想要的東西。 Sanitise 常清潔：由上層至下級，經常保持廠內清潔、明亮，強調個人衛生責任。 Standardise 常規範：增加各項貨品的『透明度』及貼上合適標記，利用創意及『視覺管理法』。 Self-Discipline常自律：用完的工具和物品，必須放回固定的『家』。
