Article 2: Executive President Qualifications 1.Age: Must be at least thirty-five years old. 2.Residency: United States citizen for at least fourteen years. 3.Citizenship: must be born in the United States 4.Powers: Carry out and enforce laws, make treaties, appoint certain government officials, commander in chief of army, and can veto laws.
