2 Article One: Congress (The House of Representatives) 25 Years of age 7 years a citizen of the United States of America Thou must live in the state chosen to represent Qualifications Elections Responsibilities Elections are to be held every second year. To impose and collect taxes To borrow money To coin money To declare war To regulate commerce with foreign nations and among the states To establish post offices To raise and support an army and navy

4 Article Two: Executive (The President) To carry out and enforce laws made by Congress To make treaties with foreign nations To appoint certain officers To veto laws passed by Congress Act as Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces Qualifications Thou must have been a member of Congress Must be 35 years of age Must be a native born citizen of the United States of America Must have been a resident of the United States fourteen years prior to the election Elections Responsibilities Elections are to be held every fourth year and, if they have just served, they may have the opportunity to run again and receive office for the second time in a row.

8 Amendment Fourteen In my Words Anyone can become a citizen, unless a just reason is found to the contrary, and can not be denied this right for a unjust reason such as race, religion, or other quality.
