10 Notes on Numbers For 1 -5 (when counting): Keep palm facing INWARD.

11 Which Hand? One-handed signs are formed with one hand.
Use your dominant hand (the hand you write with) Right handed people use their right. Left handed people use their left.

Require equal use of both dominant and non-dominant hands in symmetrical movements.

13 Two handed non-symmetrical signs
The dominant hand moves while the non-dominant hand remains stationary.
