2. Purpose of Today’s Discussions  Solicit input from members of the President’s Circle about how PVCC can help our residents, businesses, and community.  Ideas regarding PVCC’s role for the future will be used in the process to develop PVCC’s Strategic Plan for 2008-2012.

8. Strategic Planning Process  Review the College’s Vision, Mission, Core and Supporting Values.  Consider the impact of internal and external trends on PVCC.  Develop and recommend a Strategic Plan for PVCC’s future.

11. Input from the Community Regarding PVCC’s Role for the Future  What challenges and opportunities will this area of the Greater Phoenix Valley face in the next 5-10 years?  Given these challenges and opportunities, identify the types of programs and services that PVCC should emphasize.
